Taskforce is unique to SYR and provides a full, free of charge, on-site training package to ensure all SYR products are correct for each specific working environment.

The two-strong team of Julie Twohey and Sarah Porter are not sales people but work 24/7 to help resolve any cleaning issues while helping cleaning staff to be more efficient and effective through training and use of correct equipment.

We truly believe that support is the key for our customers. With over 25 years of combined knowledge there’s nothing they cannot solve and there is no cost to the support or how many times you use them.
The process begins with an initial visit by Taskforce to the client’s premises to carry out a survey. A detailed and specific evaluation report will then be produced covering:

  • Types of cleaning – high level, kitchen, mopping etc
  • Types of surfaces to be cleaned – flooring, walls etc
  • Products and procedures currently used
  • Potential hazards and problems, slip-fall readings
  • SYR products and procedures suggested, noting Health and Safety benefits, time and cost savings
  • Site cleaning specifications, tools and equipment, and personnel involved.

The survey and report forms the basis for a trial of the suggested products so clients can see for themselves the benefits of switching to SYR. Full product training is given on-site, including working with non-English speaking staff and operators with learning difficulties. All training is backed up with SYR certificates and registers, method statements and training guides.
